New Series thinking about giving context and structure to the characters I imagine. Living in Rome has inspired me to think more architecturally about my work. Drawing, personally, is now a sculptural act. I am going to chin colle these graph paper drawings onto larger/heavier white paper. I am very excited about this new direction my work is taking. I am working towards a much larger drawing, which will be completed by the end of the semester. You can see more of these drawings (and other new drawings) on my blog: mandoveve.com.
