"Starstruck" black pencil/pen on paper
If you live in Denver, Philadelphia or New York city and would like to get treated to coffee by two lovely ladies sometime this week...
my Aunt and I will be visiting and we would love to meet you! I'm heading east to check out three grad schools/programs - Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, the New York Academy of Art and the School of Visual Arts. I'll also be eyeballing the SI student competition show where my JubJub Bird and Bandersnatch painting currently lives, as well as checking out Mark Ryden's Gay 90s Tyme Art Show (:D) and you know... maybe catch a broadway show... like Phantom of the freakin Opera! It all begins tomorrow, call me if you'd like to meet up (909)921-3555

*Edit Update*  POST TRIP

Denver, Philly and New York were AMAZING. I had the best time ever exploring both cities with my aunt (and a few helpful ohgers) below are a few pics from my trip!
Cousins Laura, Hillary and Lewis with their awesome son Hayden riding Laura's shoulders checking out the Henry Moore exhibition at the Denver Botanic Gardens
Another artist in the family! Artwork by my 2 year old cousin (once removed) Hayden Parker. Medium: My phone's drawing pad.
My first authentic Philly cheese steak. Had funny argument with the owner explaining to us not to be racist towards cheez whiz
I fell so inlove with Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, mostly because of their plaster sculpture collection
<3<3<3
Sushi with the awesome ohgers Michael Burdick, Tae Querney and Daniel Fishel
The Met
Cookie break with My Aunt and Fellow CCA recent undergrad Marian Dilan (http://mariandilan.com) another award winner at the SI student competition
SI student show and my painting taking up space (another post on this coming soon)
Walking through central park to see Phantom of the Opera with my aunt and cousins Greg, Malinda and their friend the poet and art collector Paul
I wanted to stay in NY for longer/ever, but I had to fly back for a very UNboring graduation.
